Just put your bag out on your pick up day.Is there a minimum amount? No. Any amount of clothing is fine.What do I put my clothes in? We will provide you with a London Cleaners garment bag. Do I have to be present for my clothes to be picked up and delivered? No. Clothing will be picked up and dropped off in a predetermined area.When will my clothes be picked up & dropped off? Currently we are operating our route service Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday. Any clothing picked up on Tuesday would be delivered Friday. Clothing picked up on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Any clothing picked up on Monday will be delivered Thursday. Clothing picked up on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.What is your holiday schedule? Around the holidays our regular schedules do change, so we will notify you of any delivery changes via email.What do I do with all my extra hangers? If you would like to recycle your hangers, we will provide you with a hanger recycle caddy. When you are ready, leave it with your order and your route manager will pick it up. What do I do about a special request? Just leave a detailed note in your bag with your request.
